With gratitude Charlie lives, works and plays on the unceded traditional territories of the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh nations. A second generation Irish / Scottish settler, they are trans and use they / them pronouns.

Charlie lives with a deep desire to create the beauty they wish to see in the world. Truthfully this desire was born out of the shame of growing up with little resources, in turn making them exceptionally resourceful and willing to learn the necessary skills to see projects through.

Charlie's drive to create has landed them on several unique paths in design, a stint of home staging in the L.A. hills, several years of service work as a home repair person in the DTES and completion of BCIT’s foundation joinery program (furniture design). These experiences give them a dynamic range of skills that aid bringing wonderfully layered sets to life. They are focused on finding balance between creative pleasures, mutual aid and gratifying challenges.
